Deadline: You can cancel your service within 14 days of registration without any penalty, unless we have already begun the processing of your application.
Processing Initiated: If your application processing has begun, you may still request a cancellation, but please note that not all fees may be refundable.

2. Refund Policy

Full Refund: If you cancel your service within the 14-day cooling-off period and no processing has been initiated, you are eligible for a full refund of any fees paid.
Partial Refund: If you cancel your service after processing has begun but before any submission to government bodies, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The amount of the refund will be proportional to the work not yet performed.
No Refund: No refunds will be issued for services cancelled after submissions have been made to any government body or if the cancellation request comes after the services have been fully rendered.

3. Service Changes

Modification: If you need to modify any details of your immigration service (such as changing the service type or correcting personal information), please contact us as soon as possible. We will accommodate changes without additional fees, provided the changes do not involve new submissions or significant additional work.

4. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, governmental actions, or other situations that may impact our ability to deliver services as agreed), we will strive to notify you and minimize effects but will not be liable for delays or inability to fulfill our obligations under our agreement.
